This week I have been using a lot of time reading and studying about images, types of imagery and how to choose the right image.
I then followed a learning video created by Tutvid about how to manipulate fruit juice photos.
To practise my image sourcing skills, I used different images than in the learning video. I went for kiwi juice and not orange juice, like in the video. I ended up buying lisence from Adobe stock for a few of my images. I found it hard to find really good quality images for free.
I have a plan to collect images by taking a lot of them myself, with my SLR camera. This becomes more and more important, going further with my studies.
So, back to the mission i was on with my «Kiwi juice» – I started out with a Photo of a glass of milk, a Kiwi, inside of a Kiwi and a photo of water splash.

I then wrote down the whole learning video in my notes, before even beginning to do the job. After all the notes, I then started working in Photoshop.
This is my result – «Simply KIWI JUICE»

I learned a lot from this project and even though I often get frustrated and feel like i’m stuck I allways push through – that i’m proud of.
